Scott Allan located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a highly successful American businessman. President of Tri-Star Management, Inc. his private-holding business is situated in Henderson, Nevada.
After he graduated from High School in Las Vegas, Scott enlisted with the United States Marine Corps where he was frequently promoted and went onto receive an Honorable Discharge after he received a top-secret clearance along with earning pistol and rifle expert awards along with being the Battalion Liaison for Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare. Scott Allan also earned a first-class for every PFT (personal fitness test) over the course of his stay with the Marines.
Scott turned down opportunities to attend the Naval Academy Prep School and the Naval Academy in order to pursue a professional sports career, after playing in the position of quarterback for the All-Marine football team over a period of two years, which helped lead this team to their 20-2 record. At the same time Allan was a professional kick-boxer, where he compiled an outstanding record of 58-1 before he received the discharge derived from the Marine Corps.
In 1980, Scott Allan was invited to the Rams training camp in Los Angeles in the form of a walk-on. After he was cut from this team during the last week, he returned to UNLV and Las Vegas where he made the decision to major in business-management. Scott went onto complete his degree at Boston College in finance.
His Early Career
In the year 1984, Scott Allan left a management position at American Express to form his company known as Tri-Star Management, Inc. This Nevada based corporation included operating subsidiaries which included mortgage lending, finance, real-estate, management and insurance consulting. In 2011, the finance division shut down which allowed Tri-Star Management to focus more of its attention on Hi-Rise condo lending along with serving the Hispanic Marketplace. At its very peak, their investment-operation managed assets that exceeded $750,000,000.
Tri-Star Management, Inc also has involvements in entertainment management and sports, representing and working with professional athletes, along with entertainers. They also assist in handling commercial endorsements and contract negotiations.
The focus of Tri-Star Management in 2012 turned towards mortgage lending. There lending subsidiary known as All American Home Mortgage became a pioneer in offering financing for purchasing condotels and Hi-Rise condos in California and Nevada.
Tri-Star Management's Insurance subsidiary known as Nevada Insurance Services represents 31 insurance carriers within the annuity and life-health space, while the real-estate division known as Tri-Star Realty caters to the Hi-performing brokers and realtors that provide white-glove experiences for their sellers and buyers.

Scott Allan is involved in a number of political and non-profit causes. Allan has been serving on a board-of-directors for Make-A-Wish for 4 years along with the board-of-directors for NPHY (Nevada Partnership of Homeless Youth) for 11 years. Over the past two years he has served as Chairman Of The Board. Scott Allan in addition serves on an executive-advisory board at UNLV for the College of Business.
He served as the economic-advisor to the elected officials within the Nevada State and California, and from 2011 to 2012 served as the economic-advisor to Herman Cain when he ran for office.
Scott Allan is also an avid golfer and tennis player who loves donating a lot of his time towards charity and working out.
